It can be inferred that the Bopiliao settlement was formed in the early Qing Dynasty and has been developed for more than 200 years.

Located in Wanhua District, Bopiliao, and Longshan Temple, the Xinfu Town Cultural Market is next to the Xinfu Market. It is a historic building with a history of nearly a hundred years. When Xinfu Market was built, the base was about 506 ping, and the buildings were about 199 ping. The market base was surrounded by red brick walls about 160 cm high. The walls of the main market hall are made of reinforced bricks, and the outer walls are made of washed stones to make the horizontal decorative lines of the washing chain. There is a rain shelter above each entrance, and the roof is cast in concrete and supported by reinforced concrete beams.
